Amber Lucille is a beautiful blend of Southern Blues, American Roots, Country and Folk Rock. Already playing to large audiences, this band stands poised to travel the world. Amber started out in the early nineties Houston Folk scene performing regularly until moving to Austin in 1997. Primarily, Austin has seen Amber performing hard rock hailing from the Red River District. Full Stride, her current hard rock project, plays regularly and has traveled all over Texas and the United States. Now, returning to her roots, Amber Lucille spreads hope and encouragement through her music to anyone who will listen. 107.1 KGSR Austin has been regularly spinning "Breathe" and "Love You Always" from her self titled EP released fall of 2008. Co-Produced with Omar Vallejo, a full length album is in the works for 2009. Amber Lucille was also added to the 2009 Real Texas Festival and Rodeo included on the main stage with performers like Los Lonely Boys, Kevin Fowler and Paula Nelson. Amber is also an accomplished bass player with 14 yrs. of experience playing mainly rock, blues and country styles with numerous bands over the years.
